Hola,

Buscando un poco sobre la manzanilla me tropiezo con este site:

Me ha sorprendido gratamente el tono suave y firme con el que se trata 
el uso de ciertas hierbas durante el embarazo. Es interesante cómo 
introduce el concepto general, que podríamos aplicar al uso general de 
las hierbitas (introduction):

"Whether you are looking for a "more natural" remedy for certain 
ailments or are following the advice of a homeopath or naturopath, 
please take the time to research the herb you are planning to take. 
Human data is going to be lacking.  However, most herbs have undergone 
animal studies, and some conclusions can be drawn from these.  OB/GYN 
physicians do not prescribe medications during pregnancy,  even those 
that are well studied,  unless it is absolutely necessary.   Neither 
should herbs be used until their safety and efficacy are known."
